Shipping and Returns

We offer FREE US SHIPPING for orders above USD 50. Min Flat Rates varies for different regions and will be calculated at the checkout.

Please allow for at least 7 work days for the fulfillment of the order at the print facility + another up to 3 weeks for the international courier in non-holiday seasons. Packages to US addresses will generally be delivered faster than this estimate. You will receive confirmation emails regarding your order as well as tracking information once the order is fulfilled at the factory. 

If you have purchased several items in one order, please be aware that you may receive them in multiple packages as they may come from different facilities.

Our products are manufactured individually based on each order and hence currently we are unable to accept returns or exchanges as unfortunately we do not have a centralized warehouse that can accommodate that. Please pay attention to the descriptions and the size charts for all clothing items for more certainty and feel free to contact us in advance for any questions, or customization inquiries. 

Please also be aware of slight deviations specially in the color of the prints as different screens have different calibrations and show the colors slightly differently. Meantime, each individual purchase will be fulfilled by a different factory depending on the location and availability of the print factories at specific times of the year. 

In case of any other concerns regarding your order such as rare situations of receiving defected items, please contact us as soon as possible within 24 hours of receiving the product providing a photo. We will do our best to resolve the issue with our print providers in US and Canada and refund your order or send you a new item.
